When you look at your emotions rather, whether they are good or bad, they are part of your life for a reason. When you block even a simple emotion, you are hiding the reality of what is going on in your life.

For example, say your mom throws away an item that you wanted, and she went and crossed your boundaries without you telling her to. You will be angry at your mom. Witches have to have the power to be strong in who they are and in their life. You never want to give the power of your life away to something else because you want to feel better. Instead, make changes to help you face your emotions and to change the outcome of them by changing what is going on around you. The way that you handle your emotions can give you the power that you need to make your magic stronger.

Learn to be in your own reality and do not use the blocking spells to hide your emotions. Face the ones that are good and bad and do what you can to live your life to the best. Change the situations around you and use your energy to change things for the good.

Do not think that everything is going to be perfect all the time and when you have something negative happen, learn to find out how to make the situation better and to use your own magic inside to make you stronger. It is okay to have to deal with pain and heartbreak, but you have to learn to actually deal with it.
